My goal is to guide you in the development of your mindfulness and emotional well-being skills, support you on your path to a more conscious and serene life. Together, we will explore different contemplative practices so you can integrate them into your daily life.

-Group Sessions:
In the groups I facilitate, I provide a space where participants can openly share their experiences, gain new perspectives, and find inspiration in their personal paths. Through reflections, interactive exercises and reflective practices, we explore as a group how to integrate the principles of mindfulness into everyday life, cultivating a deeper understanding of our inner world and strengthening our ability to face life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, joy. and resilience.

Embark on a journey of self-discovery exploring mindfulness. Whether you are a beginner looking to start practicing or an experienced practitioner seeking to deepen your understanding, the courses are designed to meet different levels of experience.

-Introducing Mindfulness
In a series of three sessions, the course offers a brief introduction to mindfulness practice and theory, perfect for newcomers.

Mindfulness: The Cultivation of Serenity
We will explore daily practices to overcome anxiety, stress, and discomfort while cultivating a genuine joy for life. This program, based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), offers simple mindfulness meditation techniques and has been shown to be very effective for emotional regulation.

Deepening Mindfulness
Developed by Mark Williams and his colleagues at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, University of Oxford, this program is designed for those who have already completed a mindfulness-based program and wish to explore mindfulness more deeply.

Mindfulness for Life (MBCT -L): 
Currently aimed at members of the Bipolar Association of Madrid (ABM), the program offers mindfulness practices and cognitive-behavioral techniques. This evidence-based approach provides a solid framework for practicing mindfulness, offering tangible benefits for mental health and emotional well-being.
